Built on a Legacy of Craftsmanship

Three Generations. One Commitment to Quality.

For our family, construction has never been just a profession. It is a tradition built on hard work, practical knowledge, and pride in creating something that lasts.

Our story begins with Felix Rynkiewicz, Robert's grandfather, who was born in Poland in 1926. During World War II, Felix was forced into labor at a young age, working on farms and construction projects. Despite the difficult circumstances, he developed practical skills that would become part of his family's legacy.

After the war, Felix returned home, married, and began rebuilding his community. Alongside his brothers, he constructed barns, sheds, and homes throughout northeastern Poland. His dedication to his craft established a foundation for the generations that followed.

A Family Tradition Becomes a Lifelong Career

Inspired by the generations before him, Robert grew up immersed in construction. He spent school holidays and weekends working alongside family members, learning the trade through hands-on experience.

Over time, the family developed expertise across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical work, heavy equipment operation, and building systems. Their work expanded across residential and commercial construction, creating a strong foundation of practical experience.

Robert's own career took him beyond Poland to construction projects in Germany, the United States, and Ireland. Through years of hands-on work, he developed experience in roofing, framing, plastering, renovations, and construction management.

Finding a Home in Nicaragua

In 2014, Robert and his wife, Agnes, set out to travel and explore new opportunities. Their journey eventually brought them to Nicaragua, where they completed their first construction project for an American homeowner.

The quality of their work led to referrals and new opportunities. What began as one project gradually grew into an established construction business serving clients throughout Nicaragua.

Today, Robert and Agnes lead a team of more than 50 professionals, working across residential and commercial projects.

A Partnership Built on Complementary Strengths

Robert leads construction operations, project management, and administration, bringing hands-on experience and practical oversight to the building process.

Agnes oversees interior finishes, cabinetry, vanities, closets, and design details, helping bring each space together with careful attention to functionality and aesthetics.

Together, they combine technical construction knowledge with a thoughtful approach to the details that make a project feel complete.

Our Philosophy

We believe a successful construction project is about more than the finished structure. It is about the decisions made along the way, the care taken in the details, and the relationships built throughout the process.

Our goal is to deliver work we are proud of while treating our clients with honesty, professionalism, and respect.

With a three-generation family legacy and decades of international experience, we bring a lasting commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and client relationships to every project we undertake.
